Warhammer Historical Gladiator rules review

Yep.  WH historical shut down two years ago, after a couple-week liquidation sale, in which there were many bargains to be had, including Gladiator.    Got my stack of books 

Seemingly the publishing rights went into a vault somewhere.  A shame, since few people got to see some books, like the excellent Over The Top...

I also like Habit Hoc Habit from Flagship games--a lot of fun with often humorous crit and fumble results.   Liked RSBS.  Jugula tried to do something original, credit for that though the quirky card system wasn't my cup of tea.

Must be a really good rule set, as I saw them posted on ebay for $500.00 with free shipping.  I can wait for the price to go down a bit.
