Hail Caesar 2 , is there a difference?

Hi Guys
Just a quick one .
I just picked up Hali Caesar 2 Ancient Rules
However  there does not seem to be much of a difference at all to the Hail Caesar Original rules .. and I am a bit miffed......
Am I missing something ??

HC 2 is 98% the same as the original book.  Just cleaned up and better organized.

They spent a lot of pages on history summary.  I wish they would have used those pages for army lists.  Would have added real value to the second edition.
