Who makes those buildings?

As mentioned some are scratch built from foam core board or cork tiles and others 3D printed - these come from Terrain4print and there is a free model on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2379715 although the package is only a few quid and you get a good few variants as well as walls and canopies - I highly recommend these for filament printing.
