Thanks for the review - excellent. Nice to read about what uswed to be my most local show, many moons ago.

It shouldn't be difficult (he says, recklessly :)) to correct the colour balance of the photos after you've taken them. I'm happy to have a go at one as a tester if you like; pm me if you're interested.

Thanks Doug, I will let them stand, as they have become strongly linked with the commentary, but I will work towards better shooting in future (RAW if I really to !!!!!! Bah).

Another kind chap on the Pendraken forum offered similar help and his example, though improved, was still off.

It is a strange light, a couple of years ago I bought paints from Pendraken, when I got outside into daylight .... they were a different colour!

Anyway, glad the show report had a touch of nostalgia for you - cheers Norm.

No problemo, old chap - I more than understand the necessity for historical accuracy. If that's how they reflect reality, they must remain thus...!!!
