GW Creepy Trees
« on: October 25, 2021, 01:57:08 AM »
In the last few months I decided to start improving my scenery for fantasy gaming.
Some months back I bought a small pack of GW trees, I think I paid about $80-90 for three.  I then came across an older box of GW trees (same sculpts but of slightly inferior quality) at $198 for twelve trees.

A couple of cans of spray paint, some test pot paints and a little bit of model paint, basing and a very rough-and-ready forest is completed in only a few days.

Perfect for some Elves to ambush a part of Orcs.

Very suitable for late October.

Kind of regret not grabbing some of those when they were still available and somewhat reasonably priced.  But only kind of.

I have some of those trees stashed away somewhere, yay!  I like what you did with them - thanks for sharing.

always liked these and the characterful styling. A bit small by modern standards I guess.

nice work.

Very atmospheric!  Having a job lot has really paid off.  I love the shots taken at eye level below the trees.
