Lovely. Quick work too, or have you just been waiting for an excuse to use them?

:o  :o  :o

Maker? Or are they scratch-built?

My love of AFVs in general grows exponentially with the number of rivets - those are just off the scale :)

The first one is by Ironclad miniatures. They have a very nice growing range of Steamtransports available and some VSF figures coming soon too.

The second one is by Eureka minatures in their Pax Limpopo range.

Jolly Bob - They have been waiting patiently behind the scenes
Hammers - 50% marks no gold star for you

Very nicely done! (I knew the lower one was a Pax Limpopo vehicle, didn't know about the other one.)

I think it was a u-boat prototype devised by HDW. It did not prove seaworhty, though, so they stuck wheels to it and used it as a tankette

The walker is really nice. I saw it at Crisis, but didnīt really have a use for it, so I skipped on that one in favour of SCW armour.

Yes they are, and I already have another two on the painting table at present, plus hoping to pick up a steam walker or two at the Reading show tomorrow :)

Nick - I saw the walker today at Readng today, but resisted the temptation to buy one - so with luck it will still be there for you on Sunday

However, I did buy the 3-wheeled steam carriage - which will be converted to something completely different to support my Home Service troops.

Also looking forward to Ironclad releasing their amphibious tank in the new Year. This will hopefully be perfect for my US marines.

Yes I picked up the walker and very nice it is too :)

I also have the trhee wheeled carriage, not sure what to use it for other than a htree wheeled armoured carriage :)

John Lowen of Ironclad was telling me he has another six tanks planned for next year including  a troop carrier, a rocket launcher with launcher figure dressed in long leather coat and goggles, another walker with six legs, a Nautilus sub and a range of figures. All good news :)

The spare turrets that he sells look very appealing.

I changed my mind about what I will be using it for when I realised how similar the hull was to my German Kriegswagen:

I will turn the original 3-wheel maxim-armed carriage into a 4-wheel gatling-armed carriage suitable for supporting 1880's Prussians (as a light armoured support vehicle that might (just) be transportable by a zeppelin). I am assembling it and modifying the turret with greenstuff tonight. Will post photo later this week.

If I like the finished vehicle I may rework the armament on my Kriegswagen to replace its maxims with gatlings too.

Hi Karl, yes it was good to put a face to the avatar   I was quite restrained and only purchased from Ironclad Miniatures. I seem to have most of what I need already, but am tempted by the Eureka flying Prussians :)
Your Aztecs are quite stunning it is a great display you guys have put on.I enjoyed seeing it again after Salute. :)
