Great work, love the umbrella shop! I am always happy to see the Obelix Chinese Tong and civilians. They are some of my favorite minis ever. I hope that you continue with the Boxer builds! If you decide to sell any of this off let me know!

Lovely work all around.

And, it being China, no matter how many civilians we add into the game, we can always add A LOT more - and still not have enough.

Rice Shop. Another little convenience shop for the Boxer Rebellion layout.

The Kansu Braves were a unit of 10,000 Chinese Muslim troops from the northwestern province of Kansu in the last decades of the Qing dynasty (1644–1912). Ready to expel the Secondary Devils (Christians) out of their land and away from their favorite rice shop.

The last batch of buildings are completed. Time to start play testing very soon.

Wow.  I spent a lot time in China and even lived there for awhile -- not c.1900 but long enough ago to have seen more old architecture than is left standing these days -- and "Hollywood Style" or not, the combination of those excellent building models and your great paintwork and terrain finishes on them, reminds me of those days.  My only quibble is that back on Page 2 of this thread I wish you expanded one of your multi building bases into a full-blown Siheyuan (courtyard house) with buildings on all 4 sides of one walled compound -- but I do understand tabletop practicality!  The canal is fantastic, as are the tile roofs -- and those U.S. Marines!  I can't wait to see your full-blown tabletop set-up for this game, which I will be sharing with family & friends here and in China.

A Chinese Government Road Safety Office. Don’t be caught driving over 20 mph per hour in Peking, as the consequences are severe.
