Thanks for the comments gents.

How did you do the beard stubble on Anton?
Grimm
It's watered down grey paint ( I mix the tone with Black & White rather than use a specific grey). Enough water so it is translucent but not so much that it just runs into creases. A bit of trial and error really. Hope that helps.

I'm reminded of a series I read some time ago about the Tsar enlisting the help of Vampires to fight off the French, and the story of a Russian soldier/spy who discovered the truth... Anyone know what I'm talking about? Cause for the life of me, I can't remember the name...
Ah.... Your thinking of "Twelve" by Jasper Kent. I have got that on my "to read" list when I've got time.

This project may be a little slow going until April as I'm studying for an exam at the moment and am committing my normal hobby time to hitting the books. Hopefully it will be worth it........

Just finished some more French Survivors. A grizzled Cuirassier NCO, a Voltigeur , a Drummer and a couple of Fusiliers.

I've also completed some more stat cards:

Hope you like them.

Just base coated some more French Zombies:

I've also collected a small number of Russian buildings, trees, fences and polystyrene sheet to make some terrain. Won't be starting on the board for a little while but I'll post any WIP pics as I go.

After a long break from the hobby I decided it was time to put a lick of paint on some of my French Zombies. Pretty pleased how they have turned out so far.

Hopefully I'll have some more finished soon.

Absolutely stunning!

And another great example on, how all this shiny plastic is superb kit-bashing material!

Looking forward to see more of this

A few friends of mine are in a film that may be of interest... Not 1812, has its roots in that campaign

fallen Soldiers

Some great moments, probably found in the bargain buckets now, worth a couple of quid and a watch through :)

Any plans to do anything with Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter?
