There is this one (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Legend-1-35-M134-Minigun-Set-2ea-for-US-Vehicles-/280920036721?_trksid=p4340.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D11%26meid%3D559741441794671104%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D1005%26rk%3D1%26) which is 1:35mm scale and could be a bit big for what you want, and there's this one (http://military.scale-model-kits.com/products/M134--Minigun--0.3-cal.-6-barreled-machinegun---AFV-version-AR-AC7241.html) at 1:72 which may be a bit small.
Maybe you can find something like a 1:48 helicopter kit that has the correct guns, and pinch them off that (something like the MH-60A Black Hawk for example)? That would be much closer to the right scale.

could be useful for a scratchbuild:)

Hasslefree have one with a figure but it is fairly easily removed from the figure. Perfect for Little Birds and other things. They might be going to mould it separately.

Will try the Hasslefree one, however trying to convince Bob at Imprint to make one
cheers

It is not in their webstore yet but will be soon, I heard this from Sally herself last week.
It is one of those items that just seems to be more and more useful, I keep thinking of new uses for them, many of them quite silly of course.
A few years ago when I was buying 1/48th scale Academy MD-500 helicopter kits to make Little Birds the ones ones I could find were in expensive American made resin conversion sets. I should dig out the Little Birds again as now I can do them properly.

That is very good news about the miniguns; there is a modern-ish project I have that just keeps needing stuff like that. :)
