Those are old metal Army of the Dead with some head swaps mostly from the Fire Forge undead riders, pauldrons from the FF Albion knights, weapon swaps from all over and green stuff over the shield. Obviously an extra banner and horn from the Morgul Knights sprues.

Using the plastics as a base would have been easier but I'd painted all my plastic AotD before I settled on this option. I tried the Unreleased Miniatures evil men but they are too small to scale well IMO. And I just don't like the GW version of the Black Numenoreans.
