Typical government bureaucracy, stifling free enterprise and getting in the way entrepreneurial endeavours!

Farquarson MMP has a nice ring to it I think (Member of the Martian Parliament), I think we should start lobbying for a Minister of Trade position for the forward thinking chap.

Assuming it gets to dock and isn't shot down on her maiden voyage, which seems to be a trait for Japanese neffs.

Odd, the VMG has no jurisdiction on Mars so the registration is invalid.
