At the end of September I decided to take on Napoleons fatal Russian campaign - more precisely the Retreat from Moscow.
The is the second time I have tackled the period, the first ending with me selling my collections. At that time the rules I used was my own version of Muskets and Tomahawks.
So why going back to the project? Well two things, I regret having sold my collections as the minis are so full of character and Sharp Practice 2.
So for little over two weeks I painted up the French forces. The minis are almost all Perry Retreat from Moscow, 8 Murawski Miniatures Poles, the new Marshal Ney from Warlord Games and a single Sappeur from Front Rank.
But it is only today that I have gotten around to taking some pictures of the entire force.
