It’s one of the Giants in miniature figures available from Wargames Illustrated!!!!

Beautiful paint job and an awesome sculpt. But shouldn’t there be a bottle of booze in his back pocket and a pair of knickers in his other hand? Just sayin....
-
Jolly figure, but is that a light cavalry uniform?

He's drank the whisky and is wearing the knickers, huzzah.
I think he would wear any uniform that showed off his fashion sense.
By the way, I've put him on EBay if anyone's interested.

Smashing!

Not sure what it is, but it's the uniform Malcolm McDowell wears as Flashman in the brief Afghan section of Royal Flash. Flashman quit the 11th Light Dragoons after a scandal before getting a job on Elphinstone's staff in Afghanistan, but it's so long since I read the book, and I can't remember what unit he ended up in. I have a feeling he was actually in the army of the East India Company at this point. The book covers always put him in a blue lancer's uniform for the first book. If it's a mistake, then it's one made by the movie makers, as it's a good match for how he looks in the film.

Somewhat martial pose for old Flashy, unless he's recreating the scene of his glory for some filly in the married quarters.

@THE CID,
“He's drank the whisky and is wearing the knickers, huzzah.”
Well played, sir, well played.
