I am a simple, aged soul and like to throw dice and push figures about so the rules suit me fine.  ;)
As with most 'simple' sets they are deceptively complex when you get going. As Phil said, 12 units a side, two hours ~inc Tiffin ~ 10 moves, just what is needed in a hobby that often takes itself far too seriously. :D
