Once again mason you have introduced me to another game which I thought was fantastic! Simple to play and easy to pick up. I enjoyed my 1st two games emmencely and am already in the process of putting my team together. Im going for the copplestone gangster range and also some from artisan designs.

My squad are known as Murphys Law, M.O.O.S.E. special branch, Irish division.

Cant wait till the next game. Mowing down cultists with Tommy Guns.....what a way to spend an afternoon! :D :D

D'oh! I enjoyed following that thread as well  ::) Thanks.

 lol
Thanks, Mister Rab!
Dont worry, I am always forgetting where I have seen something and spend ages looking for it to steal copy the idea..... ::)

Thanks, James!
One of the most appealing aspects of the game is the compactness of it.
Easy to set up and put away.
The action is very immediate as well.
Great fun and highly recomended!

Glad that you liked it, mate!

Great name for the team, by the way; Murphy's Law!
We will get a bit more gaming in very soon.
Keep your Tommy Gun oiled!
 :D

The rest of the pictures that I did not get time to post earlier

Murphy leads the flanking manouvre

The Cult leader orders his followers forward

Tommy Gun Vs. Two .45's!

The last few pictures are from the second game: Retrieve the Artifacts!
The crates were the items that needed removing.

The Cult advance, sending their Maniac forwards immediately, screaming her lungs out!

The Cultists gather by the quayside, their ship waiting to spirit awy their ill-gotten gains

A rather blurry shot of the Maniac steaming into one of the Irish team

I really love your sceneries. Did you make all your buildings yourself?

The intact buildings are from a company called PMC on EBay, I don't know anyone who doesn't own several of their cheap and useful products!

As they are the invention of The Lockswin, I think that I will leave that one up to him!

Enethaeron: joroas* is spot on; The 'intact' buildings are indeed PMC creations. I have a few, and they are indeed cheap and very useful. I have even cut them up and used some of the pieces in other ruin pieces. Highly recomended!

The others are mostly scratchbuilt, with parts cannibalised from other ranges.
The Undertakers is already on this thread (Pg 2), whilst the other ruin is scratchbuilt around a resin building from an unknown company (a gift from a friend).
The WIP of this piece is here:  http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=30667.240

*joroas: I think we have quite a few shared items in our scenery collections.  ;)

Very nice products and really cheap indeed. I'll probably consider to order some of them soon. ;D

Wow, looking great...I love the building with the junk/ ruined wall and I love the docks. I've seen the PMC buildings in real life when playing a game of SA with Malebolgia...they look very good for such cheap buildings, some might need a small repaint to break the monotony of the beige and brown colors or some added grass, Poison Ivy or other plants like that.

They are well worth the outlay.
Highly recommended

Thanks, necrocannibal!
The 'junk' takes a lot of time and effort, particularly when painting it.
Worth the extra effort in the end, I think.
Regarding dressing them up: A definite good idea.
If you look back at the Undertaker's (shown on Pg 2), you will see that the second storey is a PMC section, cut up and added to. I think the vines/ivy on this building really help bring it to life.

After her recent appearance in my contest AAR, it only seemed right that, after her rescue by Professor Bin-Hymn and his team, that she would join the Ministry.

I thought it appropriate that I have a miniature of Chastity Inn-Dowt so, having recently acquired a suitable candidate from Aircav, here she is;

She will be used as a Civilian armed with a Bolt-action Rifle and Bowie knife.

Not so 'fluffy' as she used to be before her abduction, the experience having left permanent scars, she is now a valued member of the Professor's team. I think the expression on her face accurately portrays her new-found attitude!

Chastity does have that sadder-but-wiser look to her with a touch psychopath for character. VERY NICELY DONE addition!

I love the Society acronyms. How about the Scottish Occult Theorists Society (S.O.T.S.) or the Welsh Investigators of New Occult (W.I.N.O.)?
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

That was the kind of thing I was thinking that she portrays.
I am glad that you agree.

I can see a bit of a theme going on here..... ::)

I have taken some pics of the entire Ministry so far.
I will post them along with their names and position in the organisation  tomorrow...
