Ordered on February 12 with the 25% off coupon for Red Oxide and Blackened Barrel triads and a pack of ex-Citadel WA010 - Outlaws, but the order still says "unfulfilled".??? Was there a convention or is it a supply and demand issue accounting for the delay? I'm curious, as the 26th will be two weeks, though it's possible no one's updated the page.
-
I contacted them on Wednesday about adding some stuff to my order, and they said then that there was quite a backlog but that my order should be dispatched next week. That would be 1,5-2 weeks between ordering and dispatch...

Luckily for me I am heading to Nottingham in 3 weeks, so if it hasn't turned up by then I can go and investigate/collect in person...
-
I think they have been busy, I know they usually go to Hamburg tactica, so maybe that’s why?
-
Ordered yesterday, stuff I don't need for months. ::)
-
Bought some paints. Small order for the long term.

Backlog from what? ???
I'll wait til Tuesday March 5 before emailing, so three weeks after ordering, and file a claim if no response by Friday March 8 - phone calls are impractical from the US, due to time and cost.
Was planning on making another purchase, this time for the complete set of ninjas, but I'll wait for another sale.

Have been following the Hasslefree ones and both Foundry threads for ages, but the 25% off coupon proved tempting... o_o
Had eBay sellers offered the Citadel versions for reasonable prices, I wouldn't have had order WA010 - Outlaws, but even with the price hike, IIRC a 6 pack for £12 vs 5 for £15, the figures are cheaper than £6 or £7/sculpt in the marketplace.
IIRC, haven't ordered from Foundry in over 5 years, hence having to re-register on the site, and made 2 Hasslefree orders in 2016.

I’m guessing a back log from the 25% off deals they have been running plus they attend quite a few shows now
-
Backlog from what? ???
My impression, like Major Smith, was that it was backlog from the sale
-
I would have placed an order if the discount applied to their warmonger fantasy lines!
-
I ordered a couple of weeks ago and got my order about a week after ordering.
Bunch of pygmies, including a Pygmy King, and some French Napoleonic Lancers.

Same...

Order recieved today, complete - although they seem to have stopped putting wire spears in?

The latter's more plausible, as I don't recall ever experiencing delays from deals in the past, though I haven't dealt with Foundry for years.

Mine's still listed as unfulfilled... :-I
I don't mind waiting 6 weeks and I don't think Foundry will pull a Simple Miniature Games with overseas customers, but it'd be nice if an email was sent apologizing for the delays.
Regarding wire spears, I thought they stopped including these years ago...
-
I wanted to use the deal to get the Citadel reissues. Then I was close (like £5) to the free-postage limit so I thougt about getting another pack. In the end I also got the seadogs (like 5 packs) I wanted for some time. ;D
I dont mind waiting for weeks, if the order is complete. I think something like 8 out of my last 10 orders (from different companies) had missing or wrong items.
-
I placed an order for some paints six days ago and received them today. No complaints from me. :)
Incidentally, I have never experienced any problems with Foundry.
-
I have 2 orders (12th and 21st Feb) still marked as unfulfilled :'( but at the moment I am not in any rush for them.
My last order over the Christmas period included a free pack of small spears
-
Ordered on the last day and arrived today with a nice freebie Imperial Roman.
All good.
-
So either the mail order department isn't that organized, with orders being fulfilled randomly, rather plausible considering the industry, or UK (and EU?) residents' purchases are being expedited vs foreigners. Considering the former's proximity and easier access to forms of redress compared with the latter, it's also a possibility - not as if I could pull up my leather trousers and mosey on down to East Stoke... lol
Not trying to stir up anything and never had a problem with Foundry in the past, but there's that 30 day Paypal window. :(
-
I popped in on Friday on my way to Newark. They didn’t have what I wanted and I asked if the pack could be cast for me, only to be told the caster was on holiday. These are small businesses by any standard and stuff happens as a consequence. I hope you all get your stuff in due course.

Foundry has been slow for me in the past but nothing ridiculous as I recall. Also the PayPal dispute window has been 180 days for some time so you're fine. ;)

Just placed my order. Seemed to go off okay. See how long it takes ???
The order came through on Saturday so I don't think a week is too bad given the number of orders they must have had with the 25% discount.
-
Received notification that my order is on its way.
-
I have also had notification that my second order is on it's way, the first order still unfulfilled but that may be due to the request for 2 sets of a rulebook :?
-
Rulebooks arrived yesterday so I let Foundry know that everything from the first order had arrived and I got a reply from Diane of Foundry thanking me for the update and saying that my second order should be with me soon.
-
It's been a month and the order is still unfulfilled... :(

My first WF25% order still shows "unfulfilled" but arrived here in Canada earlier this week - with a "NL" (Netherlands?) postmark. It took 2 weeks to get here which seems to be normal.

I did mention the possibility of this in the OP and hoping this is the case, but so far nothing, not even a response to my March 13th enquiry. :(
-
Have received my paints with a back order on two pots of paint not available. A note indicated they would despatch asap.
-
Finally received my order after 3 reminders. No communication received from them. That was my last Foundry order ever...

I'm based in Malaysia and got mine a few weeks ago, though with some pots of paint on back order.
-
Just received my second order which was posted on the 6th March so 22 days total to get to Montreal, Canada via Canada Border Service Agency that charged me GST/PST and of course the handling fee that was more than the combined taxes.
My order was also missing a pot of paint but I have contacted Foundry and suggested they cancel the order for the pot of paint and refund me the cost as it is not cost effective when postage is considered.
-
Bummer for some, not for me though...strange how this happens.
I ordered on the last day, at almost the last minute of the 25% off sale. (so Feb 24th)
I received one notice of completion, and the order arrived in Ottawa, on March 20th so just over three weeks.
All things considered I am quite happy, the timing is better than a lot of orders that I have placed from companies in the UK, and better than some previous orders from Foundry.
I did have one order a year or two ago that went missing, but they dispatched a replacement order quite quickly. In the end I received both orders, and refused one at the post office so that it was returned back to them. Even that experience was good, it did not require multiple communication to get it resolved.
-
Ordered on 21.02.. Received shipment notification on 08.03.. Wrote email on 21.03., no reply. Wrote another email on 28.03., no reply. Package arrived on 29.03.. The stamp says it was sent via La Poste France (?!). Everything complete, nothing missing, wrong or broken - I'm happy. Communications could be better but nothing that will keep me from ordering again.
Btw, I'm in Germany but more than a month to get an order from the UK seems a bit long.
-
It does seem odd that the parcels have different post marks and none of them UK Royal Mail?
-
My package arrived last Thursday, with nothing missing/back ordered...
Shipped with Royal Mail and the customs form says February 14, so it was mailed 2 days after the order, but took 6 weeks to get here - "Unfulfilled" still on website. :-I Was there a Royal Mail strike? Barring major holidays, Foundry orders took 2-3 weeks to get here. Maybe US customs delays? ???
The freebie is a Napoleonic grenadier/light infantryman wearing a shako and in an overcoat. The red oxide and blackened barrel triads are intended for Medieval/Renaissance armor and artillery, but since they're from the Napoleonic paint range, the shipper must've assumed I also game this period - would've preferred something from the Wars of the Roses / 15th Century Men at Arms range. lol David Hollins and Kevin Kiley and their respective partisan prats ruined Napoleonics for me, so the notion of painting a 1:20 battalion is no longer an interest. :(
-
Today, I received my back order paints. I'm more than happy to order from Wargames Foundry again.
-
I also received my Foundry back order - a single pot of paint............cost 3 times the value to send it to Canada................
-
Made another order to Foundry and received my parcel within two weeks. Super work from Foundry.

Just received two pots of back order paint from the 25% off promo a few months ago. I was just about to shoot off an email when they arrived anyway. Quite a long wait for restock, but happy to order from them again since they honoured it.
