 Hi guys

I have been called many things in my life, a good airbrushed is not one of them, I really should be, I have airbrushed a lot of vehicles, but I don’t have a dedicated space for the airbrush, so setting up and packing down is a chore, therefore I only airbrush when I have a large batch, like any skill, you need to do it regularly to be good at it, so my quality suffers, anyway, I managed to get this batch of my 21st PD vehicles (about half of what I have) done, the vehicles without camo will have their camo hand painted as they will have hard edge schemes, and I couldn’t be bothered with masking, also those vehicles are the ones I have reference pictures of, the vehicles/guns with camo applied I have no specific 21st PD reference pics for, so just gave them appropriate camo schemes. From here, after adding the hard edged camo I’ll paint some details and give them all pin washes.

Great army, really looking forward to the next stages. What make are the (non-AB) seated figures in the Lafflys? also 3D printed?

 Hi guys

Working on the camo jobs of the Lorraine based vehicles for the 21st PD, these will all have crew added eventually. All are 3D prints except the gun less version, it is the RPM kit.

 Hi guys

I’m printing the Panzers for the 1/72 Dak project, we have a mix of Pz III G, J and Ls, and some Pz IV F1s, I’ll be adding some Pz IV F2s soon, whilst I was at this I decided to make a start on my own Winter Heer project, which I will make units for that will cover 1941-44, I started with these 3 Pz IIIs, 2x Ls and a J (although, one of the Ls has a J turret just as a place holder until I print another L turret) with winterketten tracks, I’ve always wanted to do some winter tracked tanks but for whatever reason I have never bought any aftermarket tracks for that, these lovely winterketten tracks come with Counlane models Pz III L STL, and I just had to give them a go, and they turned out lovely, crew figures are AB and are just lose in the turret at the moment. I hate to interrupt the progress on my 21st Pz Div project, but I might just have to finish these 3 off first.

I have opened various hatches on the Dak panzers, unfortunately this was not an option that came with the Counlane files, only an open commanders hatch is an option, so if you plan on having other hatches open you’ll need to do that in your favourite CAD software.

 Hi guys

This weeks progress on the 21st project, I manage to add chipping, decals, do a pin wash, and block paint the base coat on the sturmpioneers and vehicle/gun crews, next I’ll do a dry brush highlight and start paint details like the tools , the do details and highlights on the figures.
