But looking for advice/suggestions for other factions.
I have pre-ordered the game and hope to use my Wreck-Age minis ...

You can use any minis you have. As long as they look like they are equipped and are armed appropriately. Open sandbox for conversions and re-purposed figures that are sitting on your shelf! :)

Just seen this on fb. Had completely slipped under the radar for some reason..

Is there likely to be an accompanying figure range like Frostgrave, despite the ability to use various figures?

At present no. If the game does well, we may see a supporting range.

Thanks for the link. The book looks good but I'd like to know more about the actual rules.

Out of curiosity is this effectively Brink of Battle SciFi?

I love the BoB Rules and had been awaiting the above.

Will be grabbing Scrappers either way, just wondered.

Yes:

"Scrappers" is pretty much a progression based on the same rules system, though with a post-apocalyptic theme, cleaner rules and the production values of Osprey Games titles packed into a very beautiful hardback rulebook with artwork matching the quality of Fantasy Flight Games RPG books like Edge of the Empire.

After reading a couple of BoB reviews, I feel quite excited about this rulebook. It seems that my old Ratkin could easily serve as Ecotopians - with a small addition of one or two mutants  :)

Thanks Manchu, but that's not exactly what I was looking for.

I guess to clarify, I was asking Faust if there were to be any more BoB stand alone sets or if he was planning to go through Osprey for everything from now on. I would certainly welcome Osprey reissue of the Historical and Fantasy versions of his rules as well.

Again, I am getting Scrappers either way.
