Title: making hacienda
Post by: duhamel on May 28, 2009, 02:14:25 PM
Further to numerous demands, I decided to build a Mexican hacienda only for you (and just a little for me).
I put photos which will be better that explanations (in bad in English) if you have questions rest(pose) but most simply possible I shall answer it with enjoyment thank you

Looking good! That's an excellent start - I can't wait to see it finished! The step-by-step photos are also very useful for those of us who are thinking of something similar.
Very, very nice!

I began yesterday.
I am in leaves parental, then I have time (to part that my wife is soon going to be angry because I cross(spend) more time(weather) with you than with her)  lol lol

Wow. Super step-by-step, buddy! This is much of what I need to consider for my Ming Dynasty Garden project (should I ever get around to it ::)) So many materials and techniques in common.

BTW, it sure is great to meet and learn from so many talented bilingual people here. What a cool place this is.

Magnifique.

Then yes it is of the trick(thing) as the polyfilla but in more economic jars 2nd: for the inspiration, the just man 1 drawing in 1 book(pound) where we do not see much 3rd: it is some cardboard(box) plucks (I do not know how we call it in English) 4th: roofs it is the sample which a representative left to the boss of my usual shop and thus gave him(it) to me I cannot inform you

Sorry I can't explain in French.

At the top of the workbench board is a section entitled "How Too".(Its a child board)

Hammers may think its worth moving your thread to that section in due course, where it can be viewed by anyone embarking on a similar project as reference. Its all good    stuff :)

It looks like a scene from the Texas War of Independence with the Texians raising a flag with the Mexican flag torn down?

I notice that the outbuilding in that picture is thatched. I know many Mexican buildings were similar.

Does anyone know what they were using? I guessing reeds, but it would be nice to know.

The photo illustrates the grip(taking) of a strong Mexican in California 1845 after the expedition(shipping) of the colonnel lieutenant John C Fremont and Kit Carson.

America before 1850 was a small nation  lol and even more before 1800   lol lol lol
