Nice - The Portuguese ones will be useful.

Looking at that bottom picture which I think is another set of Portuguese they look "unfinished" - shoulder straps missing and no details on the shakos.

Nope : the gunners in the bottom pic are Americans for the War of 1812 - not quite Napoleonic but close enough.

Paul, will there be Belgic shako heads for the Brits? Also some Canadian units for 1812, such as the Glengarry Fencibles?

I would really like to see some Canadian Voltiguers for the War of 1812 and Loyal Lusitanian Legion for the Peninsular (but I won't hold my breath  :) )
