Anyone else getting to Vancouver's Trumpeter Salute 2017 show?
Homepage: http://trumpetergaming.weebly.com/salute-2017.html
I've just submitted my pulp/Cthulhu event, which I'll start a thread for over in the Cthulhu subforum shortly. It'll be a Pulp Alley-powered competition between different factions of Deep Ones to retrieve Dagon's treasure, terrify humans, and cause random property damage on a dark and eldritch night!
I've got over two dozen Deep One figures to paint, and about ten already finished. Wish me luck.
Hope to see some of the Vancouver/Lower Mainland and possibly WA/OR folks there this year.

It sounds great Wirelizard. I'm trying to get together a Star Trek TOS space game. Dithering about the rules. Either FullThrust or an expurgated Starfleet Battles.
The models are coming along well though:

I say this every year but.....
I'm definitely going to give it the ol' college try. Probably the Saturday. Hope to catch your ST TOS game Kamandi. Are those 1/2500 scale ships?

I'll be there! Look forwards to both! Used to love a little Star fleet Battles!

Hey - be sure to email Dad at pulpalley@rocketmail.com and let him know you are doing Salute and he'll probably send you some promo Fortune cards to give away. ;)

That pic is a slightly bigger lit Constitution class. Most of the models are 1/2500 yes.

Your package is in the mail --- some cool Pulp Alley posters and a stack of promo cards to hand out to your players and whoever.
I hope we get to see some photos. ;)

Ah, I'm not going to have it in hand at Trumpeter, then! My girlfriend and I leave for a one week road trip tomorrow, heading various places around the province before getting back to Vancouver next Friday in time for the convention.
If it shows up next week I might be able to get my brother to pick the package up from our cat sitter and bring it to Vancouver with him, maybe, when he comes over for Trumpeter on the Friday.
I'll get photos of my game, at any rate! Might have to hoard the PA loot until next year's game, though...

Don'the hoard it all! I want one!:)

Actually the awesome package from Pulp Alley showed up Friday afternoon before we left on our road trip Saturday!
The posters are awesome and I'm looking forward to giving them away!

HAVE FUN! And I hope we get to see some photos. ;)

I got photos (something of a rarity when I'm running a game... easy to forget the camera!) and I'll get them posted on my blog later this week.
The posters were a hit, I handed out four and got to keep two myself as two of the six players declined. The special cards were also appreciated!
The game was a blast, three teams of fishmen, one team of human cultists, a team from the Miskatonic University Religious Studies department, and an evil mad doctor with his gang of lunatics.
The cultists won, barely, but it was a three-way nailbiter right to the last die roll. More later...

Any pictures of the show? Would be nice to see what I missed!
Thanks
