It's a shame you can't find figures that you like for that project, Helen.

Hopefully the Great War in the Sun can keep your interest for a while longer.

Thanks Dylan,

It really wouldn't have gone completly away as I've placed many a year into researching and collecting.

I'm glad the sun is back at home anyway 8)
Best wishes,
Helen

Try the Renegade Early War British for various white units. These were equipped solely with British uniforms and rifles, machine guns, field artillery, armour etc. They were issued with helmets but many Russians discarded these. No sign of any gas masks either.

I would like to see Lewis gunners with the cap (my conversion skills not being good enough).

Nice book collection, I have many of them, and have just started re reading Bruce Lincoln Red Victory to re-inspire  me.

For those of you checking out the Russo Polish War try, White Eagle, Red Star, the authors name escapes me at the moment.

Just my penny worth.

Paul

The Aussies on the Rum Corps Tavern forum were moaning that it had been snowing on them. That was in a bit of NSW close to the ACT. Snow in NSW seems almost impossible for me to imagine. That would almost be like having two sunny days in a row here.  :)

Thanks Paul. To be honest the Russians an others figures that come closest in achieving anything that I like and with loads of possible conversions is Battle-Honours. The other ranges I'm a little disappointed with. I'm sure in time we will see some inspirational designed figures coming to the audience.
