Earlier this week I put in an order to Irregular Miniatures which arrived this morning, itself an indicator of great service. However one of the codes had been inadvertently filled with figures from the following code. I contacted Irregular to let them know and that I would post the other figures back on Monday. The immediate response was no, not your fault and you shouldn’t incur the postage. Keep the four figures and we’ll send out the correct code on Monday. Now that is great customer service, and to be honest it does seem to be a thing in the wargaming community that customers are treated very well.
