Cheers,
Blue
-
They will be released coming February, so I'd say, yes, you can have them in time for Round 10 :)
-
awsomesauce prof :)
-
Oh wow! Those are superb!! :o
-
The fishermen's greatest foes have arrived...
-
Jeepers - those are excellent! :-*
-
Those are beautiful figures, I must say :)
-
Wow! Don't know how I would use them but I want to paint them. Beautiful work.
-
Nice for a diorama, but not really for gaming where most scenarios are in cities, villages, fields, underground tunnels or woods.
Very limited in use.
But thats only my opinion ;)

None-frogmen are actually the same frogmen (or Kampfschwimmer) but wearing landing uniform.
No decent photos of the back side, that thing is just an equipment bundle.

maybe, but that's the advantage of being miniatures manufacturer, doing cool things just because they're cool :) Btw, most of my scenarios are in the cities with connection to rivers or sea.
-
Love the frogmen :-* :-* :-*
Scenarios would write themselfs for these figures.
-
Frogmen are great for locales near rivers, sewers, dockyards, oil platforms, marshlands, etc. I really like these minis! Finally something that are not American SEALs or French. Cool!

Cool they are indeed ;)
Some infos about the "Kampfschwimmers":
They are the best universal special forces in the "Bundeswehr"
For joining the training you have to be minimum rank of NCO
Their training consist for example:
German commando course (Einzelkämpferlehrgang)
Battle diver (Kampftaucher)
Paratroopers (Fallschirmjägerausbildung)
Mountain Rifleman (Gebirgsjägertraining)
Special CQB Training with the GSG 9

Wow, I think a lot of buyers expect the frogman. Good choice
-
Nice for all sorts of stuff 7TV springs to mind, maybe do some half and semi submerged ones too?
-
Lovely figs. Isnt there a maritime round in this years LPL? ;)
-
Can't wait for both these release's the Frogmen will find some love in some Spy-Fi games
-
Cracking! Saved us a job too :) love the movement and character in these sculpts.
-
An idea - if the Kampfschwimmer are modeled with their mask up on the forehead, then they would be more flexible, artistically. With the mask down they could only be in the just-exited-the-water phase as opposed to the rest of the mission.
Just an idea.
-
OK. Now I want to use my Innsmouth table again...
-
Wundebar! Honestly, these are some of the best sculpts I've seen in a long time. Can't wait to buy them. :-* :-* :-*
-
Both are very nice sets.
-
Very nice figures indeed!
Special CQB Training with the GSG 9
CQB ?

;)
For me, as a german with only school english, it is not so simple to explain all the things correct.
I try not to use the google translater ;)
CQB (Close Quarters Battle or melee battle training)
From Wikipedia:
Close quarters combat (CQC) or close quarters battle (CQB) is a type of fighting in which small units engage the enemy with personal weapons at very short range, potentially to the point of hand-to-hand combat or fighting with hand weapons such as swords or knives. In the typical CQC scenario, the attackers try a very fast, violent takeover of a vehicle or structure controlled by the defenders, who usually have no easy way to withdraw. Because enemies, hostages/civilians, and fellow operators can be closely intermingled, CQC demands a rapid assault and a precise application of lethal force. The operators need great proficiency with their weapons, but also the ability to make split-second decisions in order to avoid or limit friendly casualties. CQC is defined as a short-duration, high-intensity conflict, characterized by sudden violence at close range.

Well you are doing brilliantly! Your school English is a lot better than my school Deutsch! :)

That is too tempting Prof. Consider them ordered,no more you hear,no more lol
-
Wow, those are realy cool minis
-
Wow :-* :-* :-* Really nice work! Consider two packs pre-ordered. Actually I'm thinking of using these as Spanish.
-
Brilliant! one thing that is lacking is variation in 28mm Modern figures and these will se use in Spy-Fi and other modern games where entering he playing area via water will be a interesting twist.
-
Dein Englisch schaut ganz gut aus!
CQB is stuff like clearing buildings, sometimes with hostages involved. Think SAS rescuing hostages from the Iranian embassy or police SWAT teams.

My good, we didn't knew it. Next time only german with you... lol

We shall receive the casts next days, unfortunately the casting took some days longer then we expected. Now we have to pass on February release but it will be definitely March.
If you're going to Tactica, come along to LAM stand, maybe we'll manage to get some packs till then.

Thanks for the information Prof. :'( Sadly, I cannot make it to the Tactica. But March sounds fine with me. Thanks again.

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I am sitting here, fingers twitching, waiting to place an order ....

Okay, sorry to bring up this thread again after so much time, but I finally ordered the 5 Bundeswehr Marines and 5 Kampfschwimmer.
Does anyone have any images of these minis painted? I could use a little inspiration, especially for the Kampfschwimmer. I would like to make them authentic in black wetsuits but get that detail to stand out. It's surprisingly difficult, somehow.
And for those Marines, my God! That Flecktarn is a challenge to paint...!
Danke!
