15mm Tetrach or Locust light tank makers?
« on: July 21, 2014, 01:00:00 AM »
Hello all,

I am in the final stages of building my British airborne battalion. I have got a Hamilcar glider and I need a Tetrach and Locust light tank to be used in D-Day or Varsity scenarios.

My force is made up from Old Glory Command Decision range which is 15mm. I know Battlefront do a Tetrach but FOW is closer to 18mm and the tanks usually do not match the Old glory stuff.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer of Tetrach and Locust light tanks in 15mm scale?

Cheers

Fuzzy
Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly
down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red
Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture,
torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.

I have Tetrarchs from Battlefront. Bought them years ago, not sure if that model is still in production.

QRF do a Tetrarch

Locust available in the Quality Castings range from Old Glory 15's

QC's Locust needs a replacement, the manufactured one is too long and flimsy.

Excuse my ignorance but who are QRF?

More interested in the Tetrach than the Locust as I prefer Normandy games.

Thanks for that I will get a Tetrach. Could never see myself needing a whole platoon and the tank proved to be bloody useless in the battles anyway. Gun too small to take out German armour and armour to thin to stop anything.  ;D

Cheers
