My options would be:

In 1/1200 - Navwar are cheap and serviceable, Langton are pricey but detailed.

In 1/600 - Xyston would be my go to range.

In 1/300 - Langton, though if you thought their 1/1200 were pricey .... :-)

I’ve got two Punic War fleets. Most of mine are 1/600 Xyston with a few from Skytrex. They are both beautiful but very different designs. The Xystons really appeal to me, though.

Tumbling Dice produce 1/2400 galleys. Dirt cheap compared to Skytrex and Xyxton. I think someone on Wargames Vault also produces paper/card versions.

Having tried to game ancient galley warfare several times I would think about what rules and scale of battle ( ie fleet actions or a few ships per side). At £6-8 whole fleet actions in 1/600 would look superb but (a) needs a big table and (b) would cost a fortune. I had forgotten about the card versions mentioned in the last post. Maybe start with them whilst testing out rules and scales?

I take it you mean The Doctor?
