Thanks, Pil! There is just something about Goblins; it probably is their innate silliness that, being an innately silly Old Man, appeals to moi. At any rate, no matter what other thingies I have planned, I always come back to the little Rogues.

THIS IS A TEST...sort of!

Using my new but still Demonically Possessed Camera of Continual Contrariness, I've taken theses astoundingly mediocre photos of the latest additions to The Spooky Woods. Once I've figured out the macro thingy I'll inflict individual close-ups on you.

The prototype & only remaining W.I.P. piece from the initial bunch:

AND the finished Whatevers:

As always your comments & critiques are MOST WELCOME...mostly.

Thanks MUCHO, Guys! I'm delighted you like my Little Horrors...positive feedback means a lot to moi.
The Mushroom & Trees have proved to be the most enjoyable & satisfying pieces I've ever produced. It's probably because, aside from the Live Oak & Pecan wood that God takes credit for, it all comes from within moi...yet another sign of Imminent Senility.

AND NOW THE FLOEDEBOLLE TREE from HELL!:

The photo of the notorious Dwarven Bandito, Johann Ringo, is included for a size comparison:

Sure don't leave a comment or critique & break an Old Man's heart.

Thanks for the comments Guys...yet more motivation1

Where did you get 'FLOEDEBOLLE' from??

Flødebolle means such a thing in Danish: http://www.google.dk/imgres?imgurl=http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/71/Schaumkuss-1.jpg/220px-Schaumkuss-1.jpg&imgrefurl=http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fl%25C3%25B8debolle&h=209&w=220&sz=7&tbnid=Nt5H6yRmjgHaUM:&tbnh=93&tbnw=98&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dfl%25C3%25B8debolle%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=fl%C3%B8debolle&docid=vMEtF26NL_DRqM&sa=X&ei=FBpITuvPDYfCtAauxMW6CQ&ved=0CGEQ9QEwCA&dur=16

One of the Guys over on Tom's Boring Mordheim Forum uses floedebolle as his Forum name; since I got the inspiration for the faces from a piece he's working on, I figured I'd give him credit by naming the first of The Trees after him...the Father of Invention so to speak. I have no idea if it does or was meant to mean anything, but it does sound cool.
As a side note, I had a rather rotund warrior for Mordheim who I named Karl Von Kummerspeck; kummerspeck is, I believe, a German expression for weight gained due to emotional distress. The literal translation is "grief bacon"...seemed appropriate.

Heh...

'Flødebolle' can also be used about a person that is a bit too boastful and self-righteous  lol

As in 'He is such a 'flødebolle''

Thanks for the info, Argonor. I have a thing about naming all the Little Folk...having an interesting sounding name that actually means something is a real plus.
