I've removed the permissions to delete own posts or threads. Some of us did too excessive using of it.

Though every member is still able to edit own posts, so if someone wants to draw back his post, the text in it can be deleted or changed, and other members can see it was the owner and not a moderator or Prof himself doing censoring.

So I would say, it's time to post with greater care.

No at all. Being moderator Hammers still has post-removing-power on the Workbench
