Description: I finally got around to completing a box of Italeri Alpini 1/72 that I had in my unpainted pile. That completes all of my 'left over' boxes of 1/72 WW2 figures. I decided to go for the summer/European dress as I can use these figures for Crossfire on the Russian Front. Turns out the major action these elite units fought in were in winter....oh well....you get that on the big jobs. Not entirely happy with the blue/green colour scheme...looks ok up very close but on the table these figures look too dark for my liking. Still, the poses are pretty decent and they'll come in handy. More importantly, the box isn't sitting there anymore mocking me.
