Here are the start of some Half-Ogre hardened mercenaries. I'll probably eventually use these guys in Dragon Rampant as Elite Foot or something like that.
So basically the are stormcast bodies with Wargame Factory Orc heads (they look a little small but not so much it bothers me) and weapons looted from my bits box. I think there is a mace from a flagellant, a couple of Mantic Ogre hand weapons and a Heresy minis sword.
I hacked into the armour to make it a bit weathered. The next step is painting!
I should be getting a light box soon so better photos may be forthcoming... maybe.
The GS around the necks will be painted as leather. The rest will be dark armour, slightly rusted maybe (although mercenaries shouldn't let that happen).
The guys with the raised sowrd will be the leader of the group. I really like the Stormcast minis. I converted another which I use as a stone Golem a while ago.

Oops, how did this get in future wars?
