Title: Looking for Junkers J1 in 1/72nd
Post by: twrchtrwyth on March 15, 2009, 11:10:48 PM
Does anyone know where I can get one of these? I found a kit for the Junkers D1 and a late version D1 but I don't know how similar they were. The J1 was an armoured ground attack fighter, if the D1 was as well then the D1 would be fine.

Actually it seems I'm looking for a J.I, not a J1. Oops.

I assume you mean this one (http://wwi.priswell.com/builds/juj1e.htm)?

There is an 1/72 Eduard kit out there.

As you are U.K. based, this might be the thing for you:

Hope that helps...

The D.1 is a different plane. I'd like to get a J.1 in 1/48, but there is none available.
