Hi - maybe someone asked this before but where can I get some Imps - I am looking for 4-6 of them so whilst i can track down one here one there its a bit of a pain.
I hear/see Mantic do some sprues with daemons are they a suitable source ?
IMHO imps should be 20mm or so high not your full sized 25/28mm
TIA.

It will depend on how demonic you want them... I'm using several different ones.
That is a pack of demonic familiars. I'm using the frog as an ice toad:

I'm also using these:

It seemed appropriate as I had the old metal ones, this ones are hard plastic. They also have a ton of critters that can be used as imps as there are gamins for a lot of different elements along with spirits and others.
I also have some Helldorado lemures, but they are harder to find them as Helldorado is oop (a shame really as they have some very cool models easily usable in Frostgrave)...

Hope that helps!

There are a couple available from FourA miniatures (http://fouraminiatures.com/page2.htm)
They also do gremlins, which could be usable

Wizkids have a couple of Gargoyles that may suit, I bought a couple today (2 in a packet) they are slightly smaller than 28mm figures though its hard to judge as they are crouching down.

This gargoyle from Iron Wind Metals is quite suitable, I think: gargoyledf-375 (http://ironwindmetals.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=8024) He's around 1/2 to 2/3 the height of a man. Granted, it's a one-off so doesn't help your one-here-one-there predicament...

if you are in the states Reaper is a good bet. They have several. In the UK Dice bag lady says she can add items to her orders if you want to go that rout.
Snitchy sends.

Hi Giles,
I use this little beastie as an imp
(https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4202/34197362253_abc3037804_z_d.jpg)
It's from the 'Ghouls I" pack produced by Mirliton - http://www.mirliton.it/product_info.php?pName=ghouls-1&cName=nightmares-28mm (http://www.mirliton.it/product_info.php?pName=ghouls-1&cName=nightmares-28mm)

I use a suitably painted nurgling - as I see them as annoyances more than anything else.

Reaper's Hordelings make quite nice imps, IMO:

Now those I like !
Two batches ordered.Many thanks.
As others have commented, the Imps won't last long and are a nuisance, well unless they're in JP's clutches when he rolls 20's all the time...
Which is why i am not going to expend time on searching out inDUHviduals.
Thanks !

Our small group bought these models to use as imps.
The miniatures come pre-primed so we just inked one red and the other purple.
Quick work and their detail really comes out nicely with just a simple ink wash.

Those are the exact figures I am using. The more I see of this line from Wizkids the more I like it. I just picked up their pack of spiders today.

One of the great things about this game is that you can use whatever. Find a smallish model you like and call it an imp. My idea of an imp may be different than your idea of an imp. Tell the person you're playing against, your model is an imp and enjoy the game. It's one of the things I enjoy about this game.

Thanks to all who replied.
Here's what I went with.

I'll probably get another couple for diversity, but at my leisure.
Tx
Giles.

4th/5th edition GW metal Ungors are smaller and skinnier than a human and they have little horns on their heads.

I've seen someone on this forum using gnoblar bodies with ungor heads for Imps...
