I need to buy a 3' x 3' or larger city road grid map, ideally geomorphic, that will work with a collection of S-Scale RR buildings I just bought.
This is for Super Mission Force games. Ideally, I'd a pre-printed, vinyl mat that depicts modern city roadways and allows placement of 3D buildings.
The mats Battle Systems makes will not work. I have one. They're too small.
So is something else out there?
Thanks!

What about getting one printed based on a map image that suits you? I know that places like Ceri Designs in the UK will do a 3x4' or 4x4' sublimation print on felt to your own design.

I'm curious about these kinds of mats too, seems that practically every "city" mat out there is designed as a bombed-out ruin of the darkgrim future
whilst finding one with intact, common streets laid out and being suitable for all things from pulp to modern and likely near-future (and of course superheroics!)
appears to be nigh-on impossible. ???

They are designed to be spray painted and ready to go. I make stencils to so you can spray paint the lines on as well! Here is a quick video showing how easy it is to spray paint them and get them ready to go.

Oh, and they stack up nice for storage

Easiest way is to do a board with glued sand, paint it black and highlighted in dark grey. Use some thin boards on this board as bases for the houses in grey as pavements around your buildings. You can place the small buildings bases in different position.

This was just what I needed. I just bought a 4 x 4 version. Hope it gets to me by Free RPG Day next Saturday! Time was of the essence, so I needed something that required no work or building, and this was it.
Thanks!
