Interesting. I hadn't expected this from Warfare. No doubt I'll be buying a few to see what they're like.

they are looking not bad, :o
i did a lot of TYW cavalry ,from old Foundry till Emil´s models,
at least TYW was always my favorite period,
but in my opinion the best TYW cavalry,i´ve ever done, is bicorne riders(especially in buff coats) on
perry plastic converted horses. :)

I agree Michael. Not bad. But not a patch on the Bicorne cavalry by Nick Collier. I remember you doing these on the Perry horses. They really work beautifully. Unfortunately, while Nick Collier is a brilliant sculptor of C17th military subjects, he is definitely not a brilliant sculptor of horses... :?
These new Warfare Miniatures models look stylistically quite close to the Perry ECW range, and I guess would fit size-wise too, at the smaller end of the 28mm spectrum?

Yes VERY nice indeed! Will they be listed on the website? I especially like their Highlanders too for ECW/SCW/Montrose.
