Title: Minotaurs, Girls with guns, and a bit of Bloodbowl....
Post by: bruenor odinson on 19 March 2009, 05:04:08 PM
Mixed bag this time, the Mino's and Beastman are to again for the guy who does his own basing so just plain tided up green ones for the piccys.

The Sci-Fi Girls with Guns are from Olleys Armies and are my own, as is the start of my Bloodbowl team.
The 'Judge' girl looked too much like a Judge not to paint her that way.
Nowt too special with the BB players as they are gonna get knocked about a bit on the pitch.
Not done the bases as I'm not sure whether to go with grass or use the 'Astrogranite' 2nd Ed' pitch I have.

Superb :) They're all great, but I especially love the BB conversions!

When it comes to BloodBowl bases, we've found once we start a game, we don't notice much.  Most of our minis are based on grass, and we alternate between the 3rd Ed grass board and the 2nd Ed Astrogranite pitch, just for variety.  Once you start playing, its more about hitting the opposition hard, or passing the ball than noticing the bases :)

Thanks guys.

I'm glad you've said about the bases, might go for grass after all.
