Yeah, I know it sounds like a contradiction in terms, but I found something calling itself that at Wal*Mart last night.
"Waverly Super Premium High Performance". It describes itself as "heavily pigmented" and comes in a 2oz (59ml) jar for under $1.50.
Haven't tried painting anything with it yet, will be testing it out soon. Might make a nice medium-grade - better than the 50-cent craft paint bottles, not as expensive (but not as good as) snobby reaper/gw/p3/vallejo paints.
