Title: More copplestone
Post by: fatgoblin on February 15, 2007, 06:12:40 AM: more! First up is one of his guys in suit, slightly converted by adding a shirt front and reverend collar to turn him into a wandering preacher. I would have liked the face to be not so mousy, I did widen the jaw a bit but decided against mucking it up too much in case I totally wreck it.

Post by: Westfalia Chris on February 15, 2007, 09:04:01 AM: It´s amazing what a different suit colour can do - I painted my copy of the Gasmasked Gentleman with a horrible plaid jacket in light green and red and turned him into a postapocalyptic car salesman... you know, they just won´t die, like cockroaches. :lol:

Actually the original plan was a plaid jacket. But then I didn't think it would look well with the bowler hat so I changed it to this boring grey in the end...

the last one is not so good like the other ones but after all high class painting.
The best is the gas mask of the gentleman it is the best mask I ever see :love:

After reading Cormac McCarthy's "The Road" I've been inspired to do some real dire post-apoc stuff, and now you show me these... :D
