That's very cool - and in fact an abandoned mine similar to that (not quite as tall...sadly) is on my mind for my next Old West board expansion.

Elbows, do you already have the prospectors/miners miniatures? I would like to use Western Dwarf prospectors but couldn't fine any... :(

Same here, although nothing that large and probably 'working' rather than abandoned....
But that is a long way off at the moment.

Just get some 'standard' Dwarf miners without armour and add hats.

Nice model. But wouldn't 1/8" = 1' be closer to 1:96? A bit small for 28 mm, yes?

I thought it said 1/6th.....
