I've got nothing to do with this Kickstarter. I'm intrigued, I can't imagine every buying this fog machine, but I can imagine the possibilities!

Such a cool idea! But the total price including customs will be massive.

I've used a fog machine in game when I had a couple of scenarios that were set in foggy conditions...

It was an hilarious bit of tomfoolery, but we only used it twice. Overkill, really, as it pumps out more fog than you'd ideally want, presumably unlike the one in the kickstarter. Didn't cost me anything, though, the machine was a Christmas gift from a friend with a track record of giving daft presents.

If you used it, is it a daft present? ;D
I'm not convinced I'd actually use it more than once. So It's probably a no go for me.

If you really want to have fog, you might take a trip to the pet store, there might be some in the reptile section. On you tube there are some DIY fog machines as well.

Playing space based games and using laser pointers with a smoke machine makes for some good photos. I think the guy who bought it got it for £15 or so at maplins.
