Post by: Alexidb on 15 October 2017, 03:58:26 AM
Well it's Halloween times, anyone have any homemade Scenerios for Witchfinder or similar games?

Suggested rules would also be good.

We've got a group project going gearing up for French & Indian War set in Sleepy Hollow.  No scenarios to report until AAR's after convention games next spring, no spoilers!  Odds are, the local Witchfinder will be somewhat outnumbered ^,^

Using Donnybrook — fun black-powder skirmish rules that easily handle multiple factions each with personal goals and a light horror element added in.

You could try Fear and Faith. They should work.

Witchfinder General seems an obvious and excellent choice.

There's a supplement for Crooked Dices "7th Voyage", called "The Witching Hour", maybe worth checking out.

"Witchfinder General" has half a dozen appropriate scenarios.

Agreed with comments above, "Witchfinder General" is a great set of rules that serves the genre really well.

As for scenarios you can't do better than look to the most famous of them all:
