Title: Hi and link to my book (hope you don't mind)
Post by: Silver Whistle on 05 November 2017, 05:22:32 PM
Hi to you all.

I have been lurking around LAF for a long time, especially visiting Back of Beyond and WW2 but never jumped in until now.

As I will be self publishing my book soon, along with help from Steve Lampon, I wanted to give you the heads up with a link so that you can check out some of the content.

The book is called Setting The Scene and it is a step by step guide on how to make winter terrain for the wargames table.

Click on the link   http://www.stevenlampon.co.uk/wordpress/portfolio/ or go to my blog wargamingwithsilverwhistle.blogspot.co.uk

Hope you don't mind me multi tasking, plugging my book with finally joining LAF.

Cheers,

SW.

I saw your post about this on TMP. I think the book looks good and you are in the right place.
I note that you are planning to self publish.
How many do you have to sell or can you print one at a time?

Regards
Mick

Hi Mick,

Steve Lampon is organising this side of things for me and he informed me that I can have one copy printed but it would be very expensive but if we order in batches of 100 then it brings the cost down.
