Few months ago, my good friend Dinos gave me a set of tavern accessories consisted of a tiny woodden table and two benches suitable for 20mm [and perhaps 15mm]. It was a very nice set but I actually didn't know what to do with it. And then a sudden flash came to my mind: but of course! This fits perfectly for the pirates.
I had a set of EMHAR'S "Viking rowers". These figs are made of hard plastic, so it was easy to bend their hands, heads, and feet. I had to make a few hats from plaster and fit them on their heads. Here is the result anyway...

Yay! I'm really glad to see your WIP! :o
Indeed, EMHAR plastic is very flexible, you may bend the figures' limbs and they stay in place! It is a matter of imagination to make great conversions with them!

Pirates eating, smoking, and drinking-what else?
What else? Plundering, wench courting, brawling, sharing a treasure, drunk four sheets to the wind! lol
