Plan is to build a some sort of Ork Killa Kan / Deff Dredd with some ill-advised design flaws... well da oomies call them flaws, Orks call them karakterful dezign praktizes :D As I am not a plasticard wizard, I will include some kit bashing in form of smaller parts but will try my best to confine myself under the 25% limit for pre-made parts.
Next to check on my plasticard stashes...
