Title: Mon for Ii Ashigaru?

Hello,

I´m currently painting some 28mm Ii clan Ashigaru (Naomasa)
I found reference pictures showing plain red Sashimonos but nothing about the mon on the helmet.
Would it be the Ii clan logo or Naomasas personal emblem?

Actually Triple Tomoe (?) I think they call it.

By the way, the well-known red banner with the gold tic-tac-toe mon is attached to the staff and crossbar by black, not red tabs. It's on display at Hikone museum.

Thanks, I did now do the Ii mon on the helmets (which is already apain to paint)
