Can anyone give me an idea of the quality of the British troops at Germantown?
Specifically 15th, 17th and 44th Foot, trying to do a reduced scenario for Bloody Big Battles so raw/trained/veteran classes are what I'm after.

My best guess is either trained, aggressive or veteran, aggressive. These troops had previously this campaign been involved in the victory of Brandywine and the 44th had won entirely with cold steel at Paoli. All saw action at Long Island/Brooklyn in 1776. Certainly a year under Howe made them trained and by now quite confident in their superiority with bayonets. Trained or veteran is a judgment call for you but aggressive is definite.
Now the British line at Bunker hill should be raw, perhaps needing 2 hits before they are spent. They really weren't well-drilled. That's why their attacks stopped and returned fire.

Checking the boardgame GERMANTOWN by GMT, your three units are given a morale rating of +1, which reflects quality in the game.
In the game the morale range is;
-2 (rare)
-1 (most Militia)
0 (37th foot and a few American units including a few Militia)
+1 (most British Line, British and American artillery, American 1st and 4th Maryland)
+2 (Guards, Grenadiers and American 1st and 3rd New Jersey).

Has anyone seen Cliveden (Chew House) in 10mm or 15mm?

I think had outbuildings in 1777 (are the 2 buildings you can see attached to the rear of the house 1777?)
Would know for a possible model build.

Not specifically, but my intention is to use this model (link below) from battlescale and I have said so in my review of the building on that page. This may not be precise enough for your needs, but it is a useful piece anyway.

It could convert. Not as square as the original however.
The dimensions are:
Length: 70mm
Width: 35mm
Height: 55mm (to roof apex. 70mm to chimney tops)
Can be bought now should be sent in a week or so.

Well worth the money - a "must have" for any AWI wargamer's shelf, IMO. I would imagine available from either OG UK, or Caliver on this side of the pond.
