Title: British Artillery for 1793-98
Post by: Keith T on 25 January 2018, 02:22:43 PM
British artillery for the Campaign in Holland and Flanders, the foot artillery still used Bracket tail guns and they were not fully replaced till nearly 1800[ and may still have been in service in the west indies etc]

The gunners are in a uniform that was changing quite rapidly but the ones illustrated were in use till around 1800 in Europe and probably later else where. [the hats are know as "mother shipton hats" do not ask me why they just were.]
Photos taken by Jamie at Wargames Illustrated and figures painted by Dave Woodward.

They are available from Victorious Miniatures
