I'm painting some deep ones, and some of them have open mouths too prominent to just ignore the insides of.
Currently I have them painted mephiston red washed with red ink and rehighlighted red but that seems a bit... too red.
I'd like to do something a bit more like gooey pink flesh, more like:-

Anyone have any suggestions for appropriate paints or whatnot? Painting the insides of monsters mouths must be something people have to do quite often but I am having trouble googling an appropriate recipe.

A pink tone like that comes from mixing dark red, a pale flesh colour and white. Use the flesh colour to get you teh tone of pink you want and then white to lighten and highlight.
