Title: My most Boring Model yet

Post by: Ramshackle_Curtis on April 27, 2009, 09:37:49 PM: ABout 10cm diameter, about 20cm to nose tip. I will take some more shots with scale reference when I get one painted up. It will be ?6! Its pretty heavy though(400g without its shoes on) so expect high shipping prices....

Yes, but who makes a suitable Doug McClure or Peter Cushing to go with it? Not to mention Caroline Munroe.

Actually I have a very old Citadel figure from their horror range from the 80's of a lighthouse keeper that is a dead ringer for Doug. ;)

Basically, I am in the middle of painting one up so that I have the image to go in the shop, when thats done I will put up the shop entry and it will all be easy.

However, if you demand one sooner than next week, PM me here and we can sort out the address and shipping details be email, no problem!

Bare in mind, Im away doing some Viking Reenactment from friday till monday(I will be a thrall), so the chances of me actually getting more than 2 cast out before next wednesday are slim....

The machine has been "sold out" for several weeks now. (For a moment the whole shop was down too, but I don't think it's related.) I've been checking regularly because I'd like to buy one. Can we expect a restock anytime soon? And now when we're here, can we get all the gangs available as individual figures? There are a few here and there I'd like to buy. Getting whole gangs isn't really efficient for that purpose.

Yes, I could PM/e-mail this, but I thought someone else might also be interested.

Post by: Dewbakuk on July 11, 2009, 09:20:54 PM: Last time I spoke to Curtis the molds had all been used as far as they could be. At the time, he couldn't make more molds either as the master had been damaged making the initial molds. That was a couple of weeks ago though so I expect he's probably fixed the master by now........

Post by: chantyam on July 13, 2009, 12:35:19 PM: I think that Curtis must be back on track as on saturday I picked up a couple of drill bits from the local sorting office (Postman Pat couldn't ask my neighbour to keep it for me :() -when I asked he said that he maybe able to fill the mould part way to provide just the "pointy end" thanks Curtis now I can have a go at the mole machine.
