Post by: Jemima Fawr on May 02, 2018, 11:22:36 AM
This week on Jemima Fawr's blog, we've moved onto WW2, specifically Normandy, with the Battle of the Grimbosq Bridgehead:

Cheers, Marine!  I can only take the credit for a tiny bit of it though.

I believe the customary response when taking credit for other people's work is 'Amicalement'...  ;)

Thanks you very much for the excellent AAR and glorious pictures.
What rules do you use?
Cheers,
Paul

Cheers Paul.

We use 'Battlefront: WW2' by Fire & Fury Games www.firandfury.com

Each troop stand represents a section/squad and each vehicle/gun represents 2-3 actuals.

Cheers guys, there'll be more of our past Big Games up soon.  For the terminal insomniacs, I'll also be editing the Grimbosq article to include a link to my 'holiday snaps' - a photographic tour of the Grimbosq Bridgehead battlefield, which is remarkably unchanged since 1944.  I forgot to add the link when I posted the article.
