I was very impressed by the multibases Tom Weiss used for his DA Askaris. I want my RCW stuff on bases like his. The Volunteer Army fought hard in the autumn of 1919, so I will add some puddles and leaves, plus some razor wire when I get a proper looking product. This is my test base

Plus a Brigade White Officer painted as Kornilovski

Fantastic! Excellent job!

Superb. I always believe that a good base adds to the 'story' and you have done that magnificently. The leaves in particular are very evocative. Where did you get them from?
-
Thanks!
The leaves are some cruched birch tree seeds (don´t know the english word) that Grimm gave me after cleaning his gutter on his roof. I then gave em a wash of thinned VMC Woodgrain and VMC Transparent Yellow.

Absolutely stunning! Both the basing and the figures.
-
very nice ,but why a new base ?
-
I hate moving around loads of single based miniatures. And I like the opportunity to create small dioramas. I don´t think the basing is that much important on the tabletop.

Outstanding!

Fantastic painting Lt. :-* :-*
Your consistantly high standard, regardless of subject matter, makes me envious. >:( :D 8)

Great work!

Nice, real nice :-*
I think that the "Evil Empire" sell photoetched razorblade barbed wires… they are probably pricey though.

What an awesome looking stand of figures, basing, set...WOW!! Thanks for sharing.
